If for any cause, a Dispute proceeds in courtroom in lieu of arbitration, the Dispute shall be commenced or prosecuted during the condition and federal courts located in Colorado, as well as Events hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of deficiency of non-public jurisdiction, and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction
